House inspection is over so, we stopped at Steak and Shake for a bite before going "home"
Electrical and plumbing issues (nothing major).
Structure is sound. Need to fix the grade in the backyard and oh, worst part... neighbor has 4 dogs!!!!!
We still need to arrange for a radon test.
Once we get the reports we work with our lawyer to get issues fixed or money off the sale. Let the fun begin.
Only 2 more months to go!
March 26 closing date
Followed by a week of painting, cleaning, plumbers, electricians, landscapers...
Then our stuff comes from Long Island and we get to unpack. We'll also need to get rid of some furniture...
