Do we really need this on the iPhone?

Do we really need this on the iPhone?
This just makes me feel old and kind of sad...
I had real 303s and 909s among other things, lots of other things...
Never got 808's too expensive and you had to mod them for MIDI... No one even knows what that means do they...
I also had rebirth on my computer 12 years ago but liked the hardware better...
