Put in an offer on a house

Put in an offer on a house.
It is in Deerfield, IL

I'll post more info when I get to my computer
I'm using my phone now so, typing isn't much fun.

Okay, so here is the deal

Pictures of the house can be seen here

Map to house is here

There were a number of "signs" that this should be our house.

Sign #1. 2 years ago Pam went driving around with her mom looking at neighborhoods that (if we were to have a baby) we might want to live in. They drove thru Deerfield, took pictures of the downtown and neighborhood streets, and she took a picture of 1(one) and only 1(one) house...

Yep, the house above is the house she took a picture of. It wasn't on sale or anything Pam just thought it was a cute house and wanted to live there.

Sign #2. The owner of the house is named Lily Tang. Our daughter's name is Lily and Pam's fashion line back in the day was called LilyTank

Sign #3. The house has a porch you can sit on and watch the street and has a porch swing. Something Pam has always wanted.

Sign #4. Pam found this house on her own just doing random searches on the internet. Our broker didn't find it. It's also in a town we had ruled out because the taxes were too high so there really is no reason we should of found it. Oh and it went on the market 3 days ago, the same day Pam was doing her random searches...

Sign #5. The elementary school is South Park Elementary!

I'm sure there were other signs inside the house I'm not remembering now but signs 1. 2 and 4 are just crazy coincidences and #5 is just too cool and funny.

We put in our offer last night so hopefully we will here back today.

HERE IS ANOTHER SIGN

A number of media properties have been set and/or filmed Deerfield, including television drama Once and Again,[29] comedy Married... with Children[30] and portions of reality show American High.[31] In film, the Deerfield train station is shown in the film Risky Business[32], and Stolen Summer[33] used various parts of the village.
