The leak is fixed

The plumber fixed the leak iin the shower but, Pamela's computer is
still broken. The Dell guy that came out was only allowed in put the new
hardware into her computer, not set it up. He put it in but, it is still
not working... So, poor Pam has to call Dell again and try to get some
to help her either over the phone or remotely.
