Sick

I woke up this morning feeling sick. My throat hurts, my ears are
plugged, my nose is running, and I just feel clamming. I'm hoping it's
just the results of a bad night's sleep with the AC blasting...
I'm going to lay here until Pamela gets off the phone with her mom
(which could be hours). Hopefully by then I'll be feeling better. I want
to go to the bike store and get some energy beans for tomorrows ride
among other things...
