borderline high. So, I've been eating oatmeal for breakfast every
morning for over a week. No more oatmeal!
I eat pretty well generally, I exercise, screw the oatmeal at least for
today. Why can't donuts lower cholesterol? Shouldn't food that tastes
good be good for you. I mean are our bodies that stupid. Really, if
oatmeal is actually so good for me should my body give me some positive
feedback, shouldn't it be yummy...
