I'm waiting outside on the street, well not a street and ave, 6th ave
NYC.
I don't feel like going in anywhere while I wait. It's nice weather
outside. No need for overpriced coffee or whatever. I'll just sit and
people watch.
However nice the weather is tonight the air outside is thick with
cigarette smoke. Every other person on the street is smoking as they
pass me by. More cigs than cellphones and there are a ton of
cellphones.
I thought with the smoking ban New Yorkers had gotten smarter and
quit... It's mainly 20 somethings I see smoking, not long-time,
hardcore smokers.
Fools.
They'll see in a few years just how much fun it is to quit.
Anyway, the streets are clearing out. Less foot traffic now and the air
is clearing too.
Much better.
I'll send this post and get back to my people watching and waiting.
