Thursday morning news reports bombings in London. Subways and buses
targeted in a terrorist attack. Pam has her sad face on :(
Now we are on a train to Grand Central Terminal to catch a subway train
to work... Oh did I mention Pam works in the Empire State building. Not
that I think anything will happen today but it's there in the back of
your mind that it could happen. Will this ever end?
Note: For those of you who don't know me, my wife and I lived 4 blocks from the world trade center when it was attacked and I was at home in my apartment the day of the attacks.
Lighter news.
The people buying our house called the cable company pretending to be me
and turned off our cable service. Then they called back as themselves
the scheduled a new hookup. WTF? We got it sorted out after a 45 minute
call to the cable company. Now we need to check our phone company and
see if they did anything similar there... Geez.
Anyway the weekend is almost here and the weather has colled off a bit,
75 degress for the high today.
