Tuesday morning, had a moving company come at 6:30am for an estimate. He
finished just in time for us to make our train and just as we got
here.... Our train has been cancelled and we have to wait for the next
train which will be super crowded. Wonderful.... It's hot and muggy and
foggy and just plain gross... :(

Monday morning train ride. It's so humid today it's hard to breathe. I
really dislike summer.

Looking at new furniture for our new house. Just browsing at the moment.
There are not that many places where we live that have our taste. Will
need to look in the city. This place had a few nice pieces but nothing
we HAD to have.

Monday morning train ride. Pam with her custom sidekick. Weekend was
bland, errands and not too much else. Weather was grey.
Surfed the net looking for cool stuff to use in our new house and lots
of home improvement TV shows.
And the good news is we have signed contracts for the sale of our
house.

No train ride today. Working from home today so I can meet with my
lawyer to sign contracts to sell my townhouse.

Seems like all I do is ride this train...
Okay so the guy in front of me pulled out this sweet wide screen laptop.
Looks like a 3K machine. Can you guess why he turned it on? What could
this mobile road warrior be doing?
Have you figured it out? Yep, he's playing solitaire. Seems everyone but
me of course who carries a laptop on the train uses it to play
solitaire. You would think they could at least get a cooler game.. Hell
I can play solitaire on my phone, don't need a 3k laptop for that...

Another day, another 4 hours of commuting. Ugh..
Hopefully once we move to long island life will be better. No TV this
morning, our cablebox was receiving messages from mars or something.

Monday morning back to work. :)
First full week since our 16 day vacation.
On the drive to the train we saw a cat on a roof who looked trapped.
It's going to be really hot today so, Pam rang the bell to tell the
homeowner only to find out the cat does that all the time. While pam was
telling the homeowner about the cat on the roof, the cat jumped down and
started rubbing against pam's leg... We're pretty sure the cat is going
to be fine.
Sorry wasn't able to get a picture of the cat but, I was driving.

Liz from TLC BBC is here!
Today we were interviewed by TLC to be on their show "Moving Up" with
Doug from Trading Spaces fame. The producer wants us to be the "B" or
middle family. They think our design style will make for good TV.
However, we can't really afford the time or money to be the "B" family
so we're hoping they will let us be the "C" family. Anyway we'll see
what happens. You can Google moving up tlc if you want to find out more
about the show.
After this we go to Wendy's to pick up the cats from her Bronx
apartment. She took care of them while we were on vacation.

Friday train ride to work. We just found out one of our train buddies is
putting his dog to sleep this weekend. The dog is 19 years old blind and
can't get up anymore. Very sad.
We pick up our cats tomorrow from Wendy. Wendy was taking care of our
cats while we were away on vacation.

Pammy eats a Sandwich in Sweden.
You have no idea what a big deal this is. My wife Pam has never eaten a
sandwich in her life! No joke. She refuses to even try one of any kind.
So for her to eat panni is a huge deal.
